Seller and contact

SultryStreet is the trading name of Peter Bellbring, Vretavägen 30, 755 91 Uppsala, Sweden. Email: spellz111122@gmail.com. Phone: +46 76 654 21 25.

Orders and contract

You place an order by completing the purchase at checkout. The contract is formed when you receive your order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of obvious pricing errors, suspected fraud or if the item is no longer in stock; in that case the full amount is refunded.

Prices and payment

In Sweden prices are shown in Swedish kronor (SEK) including VAT. In the USA prices are shown in US dollars (USD) excluding any sales tax, which is calculated at checkout. Shipping is shown at checkout before you pay. For items marked “International delivery”, shipping, duties and VAT are included in the price. Payment is handled securely by Shopify Payments.

Delivery

Items ship from our partner's warehouse in Sweden (1–3 business days), the USA (2–5 business days) or, for items marked “International delivery”, from our partner's overseas warehouse (8–18 business days). The product page says which applies. See the shipping policy.

Withdrawal, returns and complaints

You have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. For items shipped from Sweden we offer free returns within 30 days; for items shipped from the USA or marked “International delivery”, 14-day returns apply with return shipping paid by the customer. For faulty items the Swedish Consumer Sales Act gives you a three-year right of complaint. See the return and refund policy. Supplier terms do not replace the seller's obligations to you.

Privacy and disputes

See the privacy policy for how personal data is handled. Contact us first if there is a problem. If we cannot agree you can turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), the EU online dispute resolution platform or the consumer guidance where you live. Swedish law applies, together with the mandatory consumer protection rules where you live. You can save or print these terms.
