Free returns within 30 days (Sweden)

Items shipped from Sweden can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email spellz111122@gmail.com with your order number and we send you a free return label. The item must be unworn, unwashed and have its tags attached. We refund the full item price and standard shipping within 14 days of the return reaching our partner's warehouse.

14-day returns (USA)

Items shipped from the USA can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Email us with your order number for the return address and instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer. The item must be unworn with tags attached. We refund the item price within 14 days of the return arriving.

International delivery

Items marked “International delivery” on the product page ship from our partner's overseas warehouse. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery. Email us with your order number for return instructions; return shipping is paid by the customer. The item must be unused with tags attached. Faulty or damaged items are replaced without you having to send them back – email us a photo.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you always have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you received the item. No account, form or prior approval is needed – an email with your order number is enough. The refund may be withheld until the item, or proof that it has been sent back, has arrived. Extra cost for a more expensive delivery option does not have to be refunded.

Beauty products

For hygiene reasons, beauty products such as press-on nails and false lashes cannot be returned or exchanged (final sale). This is stated on the product page before you buy. Faulty or damaged items are always replaced – email us with your order number and a photo.

Faulty items

Is the item damaged or wrong on delivery? Email us with your order number and a photo and we sort it out. For faults we cover all return costs and send a new item or refund the full amount.

How to return

  1. Email spellz111122@gmail.com with your order number and the item you want to return.
  2. You get a return label (Sweden) or a return address and instructions (USA and international delivery) within one business day.
  3. Pack the item in its original condition and hand in the parcel.
  4. The refund goes to the same payment method you used for the purchase.
