Digital purchases: download help
This page helps you if you bought a digital spreadsheet from Spellz E-Shop.
How do I receive my files?
Look for the download email sent after payment. Open its download link to access your purchased file.
If the email is missing, check your spam folder and the email address used for the order. Contact spellz111122@gmail.com with your order number and the product name so we can help with delivery.
What software do I need?
The spreadsheet products are XLSX workbooks. Use the software notes below, or contact us about the file you purchased. Both maker workbooks have been tested in LibreOffice. Google Sheets import and key workflows have also been checked. For the Craft Fair Sales & Stock Tracker, re-enter the Event date after import: Google Sheets drops the example date, and totals remain unavailable until a valid date is entered. Microsoft Excel has not been independently tested.
The x402 Seller Kit is a ZIP archive containing developer files and guides. It is a starting template that requires technical setup, rather than a hosted service.
How do I start using a workbook?
Save a copy of the downloaded file before editing. Read the Start here sheet, then review the fictional worked example. Replace the editable inputs with your own figures and resolve any input warnings before relying on the totals. Use a separate copy for each new batch or event.
What about refunds and usage rights?
Read our refund policy for information about purchases. Use a purchased template for your own business or client work; do not resell the template. Refer to the terms supplied with your purchase for any additional usage conditions.
